Eligiblity Criteria of the Master Mind Scholarship in Belgium 2026:

  • Applicants must apply for a master’s degree program at a participating higher education institution in Belgium. The program must include at least 60 ECTS credits per academic year.
  • Students should have strong academic performance.
  • Applicants must show that they have good English language skills, since the master’s programs are taught in English. Proof of English proficiency can be provided according to the requirements of the host university.
  • Students must be academically accepted by a Flemish higher education institution before they can receive the scholarship.
  • The previous degree used to apply for the master’s program must not have been obtained from a Flemish institution.
  • Students who are already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution usually cannot apply, except for some international students who are currently in a preparatory program for a master’s degree.
  • Each applicant can be nominated by only one Flemish institution for the scholarship.
  • International students from most countries can apply, except Russian nationals.
